Maureen adopted June, Benny’s sister, and her new name is Palmer. Palmer is with a loving family and just reinforces why it is so important to help rescue these great dogs. Maureen said, “Jake’s (the former Benny) sister is getting along just great with her new sister Bella!! They are such a wonderful pair!!! Many thanks to all who helped us along the way!!!”

Thank goodness Chrissy adopted sweet Benny, now Jake. He’s having a charmed life now. Here are some pictures that were just shared with us. These updates make us feel great about what we do and so proud of our supporters for playing such an important role in making this happen.

On December 19, 2015 Phillip and Steve flew Lucy to her new home in Delaware. Kim, his new mom has reported Lucy is doing wonderfully. She even sent some pictures.

If you fell in love with our gassy friend Hayden on his flight, you will be overjoyed to learn he is doing very well in his new adopted home.

Danny was yet another special passenger. He had a hard life before being rescued. Certainly it was a sad story but it has a happy ending.

Where Are They Now – Amber & Puppies
Fantastic news just arrived about Amber. She was an emaciated momma dog we flew to LaMancha Animal Rescue with her nine pups.
Immediately after giving birth, her owner in North Carolina surrendered her to a local shelter and landed her on the Code Red kill list but thanks to the SPCA Alliance of NC she was rescued.
